If your Ustretch arrives faulty, damaged, or experiences a manufacturing defect under normal intended use, please contact us and we’ll work with you to repair, replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Due to the nature of flexibility and mobility training, general wear and tear, misuse, incorrect use, accidental damage or modifications to the product are not covered under our returns policy.
